Stress is part of life. But there is positive stress that allows you to perform during stressful situations and negative stress that makes you tense and impairs your ability to be your best self.
A Short Story…
In a properly tuned airplane, all of the components are adjusted so that unnecessary stresses are eliminated. But, when the airplane takes off, the engines are in full throttle, placing tremendous stress on the engines and the entire aircraft. These stresses are necessary for the plane to take-off and reach smooth flight.
Similarly, when you are tuned-up for maximum performance and operate under the Stress-Free Living Thought Process, most stresses are eliminated, but the remaining ones are positive and temporary, acting only as a catalyst so you can achieve your highest-performance.
Let go of negative stresses. How? Develop a basic understanding of the bigger wisdom so that you can accurately decipher all data as to whether it is incomplete and erroneous or legitimate. Then, with this clarified understanding, you will no longer feel the need to hold onto incomplete or inaccurate stressers!
