"Your resources remain limited when your focus is just on you; whereas, you tap into unlimited resources when your focus is on helping others."
There are an abundance of resources in the world, but they only become available when we work with others as ONE.
When your focus is just on you, you disconnect yourself from the bigger one… and its abundance of resources. As a result, you operate in a scarcity mentality with self-imposed stress-filled limitations.
However, by focusing on helping others, you stay connected to your bigger one and its resources so that you can achieve stress-free success.

"Your children present a better reflection of your habits than any mirror."
While others tend to label and recognize us by our habits, it is often difficult for us to see our own habits.
But since children learn by copying what they see, a lot of times, our own children reflect our habits better than any mirror could so that we can see our habits objectively.
To live stress-free, you need to replace your negative habits with value adding habits. These habits will then not only benefit you and those with whom you come in contact, but quite possibly, your children as well.

"To climb a new peak, you must leave behind all of your trophies, medals, and extra baggage collected from your earlier successes."
If you were to climb several mountains, and trophies were awarded at each success, the carrying of these trophies wit you would cause unnecessary stresses on each successive climb, hindering your success.
Similarly, we cripple ourselves in our daily lives when we lug our pride and past glories with us.
To achieve continuous success, you must learn from your past, but remain focused only on adding the maximum value to the present, where you can achieve stress-free success.
