We all have dreams. And subconsciously, these desires create hidden motives, personal agendas and the corresponding habits so that we can achieve them.
The problem is that any time your motives, agendas or habits subtract value or interfere with adding value to others, they create stress and actually become setbacks towards reaching your goal.
In order to be free from this stress, you must become disciplined to value adding habits. These proper habits will then become your ally in making your dreams a reality.
