"When you take ownership of the world’s common resources as your possessions, in reality, they begin to own you instead."
The world is filled with an abundance of resources. These resources are available to all of us so that we can utilize them to add value.
But when we selfishly decide to take possession of them, these same resources that were once tools, become crutches that we struggle to keep and carry with us.
The truth is that the true value of possessions only becomes available to us when we release ownership. This letting go, along with utilizing possessions as tools to add value, will provide an abundance of resources for stress-free living.

"Adding value to others is a sure way to add value to yourself."
To enhance your personal worth, all you have to do is become a value adding entity to others.
However, you need to do it without conditions; having expectations of gain or recognition in return will always cause stress. That is why we experience so much stress at work… we focus on the return on our time, rather than on simply adding value in every situation.
When you add value without conditions, reservations, or expectations, you not only enhance your personal worth, but you also put your life on a path towards stress-free living.

"Your creative energies are directly proportional to your gratitude towards the gift of life."
All our creativity is gifted to us by the Universal Wisdom that created us, is around us, and is right within us. Our gratitude towards this gift of life reinforces a clear link with this wisdom and provides us with unlimited creativity.
As long as we remain utterly grateful for life, this link is free-flowing and abundant. However, once we see this gift as coming from us and take possession of it, it becomes limited and starts to diminish.
That is why you hear about famous writers or artists becoming suddenly void of their creativity, unable to produce anything worthwhile; when you lose your gratefulness, you lose your gifted creativity.
For stress-free and unlimited creativity to flow through you, simply become utterly grateful for the gift of life.
