"Motivation to pursue personal disciplines gets enhanced when your focus is on serving others unconditionally."
You see…
At times, it becomes difficult to follow our personal disciplines. But, when we are put into a situation where someone else depends on us, suddenly, we generate the motivation that is required of us to accomplish the task.
This is why a young lady who could sleep through even a major thunderstorm, awakes from her newborn baby’s slightest noise.
A value-adding clear purpose to serve others gives us tremendous motivation. It’s with this purpose that we are able to follow our disciplines almost automatically, which simultaneously brings a stress-free way of living.

"All questions originate in the mind, but the true answers always remain in the heart."
Your mind is like a super computer; it simply gathers data. When you ask a question, it makes a conclusion based on the data it has, even if this data is incomplete or erroneous.
|The true answers come from the universal wisdom right within you. You can only connect with this wisdom through your heart, which reflects the truth when you are free from prejudices, fears, greed, and ego. Therefore, it’s by listening to your heart, that you live stress-free.

"Education is only a tool. When applied for personal gains, it helps you make a living; when applied to add value to others, it helps you make a life."
Education provides us knowledge of how things work. This knowledge is a tool that we can use however we wish.
When you use your knowledge only to fulfill your personal wants, you remain void of true internal fulfillment.
However, when you choose to utilize knowledge to add value to others without conditions, you make a real difference and live joy-filled and stress-free.
