"Kindness is not a gesture, but an outcome of your inner peace and harmony."
When we see someone do something that we think of as kind, we might recognize that gesture. But really, as soon as we notice kindness, it is not the gesture that we discern, but that person’s Divine inner peace and harmony that is portrayed through that gesture.
Kindness as an act does not exist, which is why a lot of times, even a good act that is not genuine means nothing. However, kindness as a reflection of the goodness within you is extremely powerful, not only in how it truly adds value, but also in how stress-free it makes you feel.

"Love gets in your way when it is conditional; whereas, unconditional love sets you free and opens closed doors."
Love is the most powerful emotion we can give, but the moment we make it conditional, it no longer becomes love because an essential element of love is the giving. With conditions, it becomes a trade.
However, when you give love unconditionally, it frees you from personal agendas and ego. This selfless giving has the power to open closed doors, and in the end, actually benefits you not only in the love that others want to give back to you, but also in how good and stress-free it makes you feel.

"Your character is shaped by the deep-seeded questions planted within you, rather than the information and knowledge that you gather."
From a young age, we are taught that to grow and discover who we are, we need to gather knowledge from around us. But the truth is that this information is only physical and brings no real contentment.
Your character is shaped by the deep-seeded spiritual questions within you that long for making a difference. It’s only through adding value… unconditionally in every situation, without personal agendas, that you can satisfy these questions for stress-free living.
