The best way to stay uncontaminated is through continuously adding goodness to every situation; when you can find goodness or add positive energy, you deactivate the poisons and create a positive environment.
This mindset gifts you with a pure mind so that you can add constant value to society and live stress-free.

"The mindset of unconditional loving helps the one who gives it much more than the one who receives it."
When we show our love to someone, it truly adds value to the recipient. But ironically, by unselfishly showing love, without basing it on any conditions, we become love ourselves, and thus, benefit even more than the intended recipient.
Just as a mother becomes filled with internal joy when she lovingly does something for her child, without basing it on expectations for anything in return, we can also share in this stress-free joy through simply developing a mindset of unconditional loving.

The oneness paradigm simply states that we are each an inseparable part of this one universe. As part of this one, our only purpose is to unconditionally add value to every person and thing that exists in this singular universe.
As soon as we lose sight of this truth, we internally begin to spin out of alignment and become stressed. However, through simply operating as one in every thought and action, without any personal agendas, we become completely stress-free.
