Stress-Free Living Blog - 10/15/07

"True freedom comes from knowing what not to do rather then your obsession to do what you want to do."

We see freedom as being able to do whatever we want to do, whenever we want to do it. But that’s not how freedom works.

Freedom actually comes from being disciplined to the universal laws and proper habits, which then allow us to be free.

Water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Until you are disciplined to the fact, you cannot develop the anti-freeze to prevent the water from freezing.

By understanding the natural laws and mastering yourself and your habits, you create the necessary conditions for stress-free freedom.

"Your understanding of others begins with first understanding your own self that lives within your human body."

Even though we truly try, understanding others is an incredibly complex task unless you first have a basis for the purpose of life, which can only be achieved through first understanding yourself.

You are more than just the physical body you see in the mirror. Your true self has a soul and a burning purpose to add value.

In truly understanding and operating with this purpose, you achieve total integration, and thus, you position yourself to connect with and understand others for a stress-free life.

"Your capacity for personal growth can be measured by your capability to laugh at your own mistakes."

Mistakes happen; they are part of life. But until you can develop a sense of humor and laugh off your setbacks, they will hinder your progress towards personal growth every time.

However, by disowning yourself… your ego and pride, it becomes apparent that life is just a game and is not meant to be taken so seriously.

When you can laugh off and learn from your mistakes, you gift yourself with the ability to be able to take-on your next challenge with a clear and focused mind for continuous personal growth and stress-free success.
