"Democracy is not about leadership but personal empowerment of its constituents."
It’s easy to blame the government and the elected leaders for so many of our problems. But really, a lot of times, these politicians are only representing the demands being made upon them by their constituents.
If total integrity were demanded by the constituents as the first priority, this is what these politicians would present as their platform.
In order to improve, we need to operate with total integrity at all levels, unconditionally. In doing this, true leaders will emerge for a more value-adding democracy and the stress-free leadership we desire.

"Your true richness is indicated by the extent of your detachment from your worldly possessions."
Because possessions are at best, limited to this world, material wealth can actually be more of a crutch than an asset.
When you operate from a worldly mode of possessions, you become a slave to materialistic things and constantly have to protect them and crave more.
However, when you can detach yourself and become free from worldly possessions, you see that these possessions are actually resources and tools that are to be used to add value to humanity. It’s in this light that you are gifted with true wealth and stress-free living.

"The joy of doing a task gets elevated when you simply focus on doing your best."
Most of the time, when we do things, we do them with an agenda in mind, and thus, with expectations. Additionally, we usually act conditionally, based on our thoughts and feelings about the situation.
But as soon as your focus strays from doing your best, to acting conditionally and with expectations, you become stressed with these circumstances, which removes the joy from what you’re doing.
To live stress-free, simply focus on doing your very best to add value to every situation. In freeing yourself from the circumstances, you will find true joy.
