"The challenge is always a greater motivator then any trophy."
Almost anyone who has ever won a triumphant trophy will tell you that their true motivation was not in winning the actual trophy, but in beating the countless challenges that they had to overcome to reach the level where a trophy would even be considered for them.
Olympic medalists cry not because of the trophy, but out of the joy they feel knowing that their undying commitment won against the challenges.
Also, when competition motivates you to strive for your personal best and practice excellence at every moment, it enhances your self-worth and gifts you with stress-free living.

"Your reach and resources are only limited by the limits you place on yourself."
After thousands of years of research, we still can barely comprehend the vastness of this universe and its resources. The planet earth alone has enough resources to give each of the world’s almost 7 billion people all they need! And yet, we sometimes say that we don’t have the resources we need to do something.
The fact is that any stresses and limits we have, we place on ourselves.
The resources you need already exist, but they only become available when you act without any personal agendas and do the things that truly add lasting value to society.

"The day you begin to manage the resources of this one universe, rather than trying to own them, you begin to live life stress-free and to its fullest."
It’s easy to become frustrated when you don’t have the resources you need to achieve your goal... financial or otherwise. But this only happens as a result of trying to own them.
In reality, all the resources you need exist in the world, and therefore are available. But resources can only be managed, never owned. It is up to you to creatively add value with the seemingly limited resources in front of you so that you can grow into receiving a greater allocation to manage and live stress-free.
