"You can blame the world for all of your stress, but really, it is always created by you and comes from within."
While others can create and bring about stressful scenarios, it is ultimately under your control whether you become stressed. Stress is only created in you when you cannot see the truth, have erroneous expectations, and are not accepting of the situation at hand.
As long as you continuously focus only on adding value without conditions, to whatever situation you are presented, rather than trying to control things or make them a certain way, your mind will remain clear and completely stress-free so you can be your most effective self.

"Selfishness produces stress, whereas unconditional unselfishness produces only stress-free happiness."
When you act selfishly, the happiness you feel when you get your way is only temporary. That’s because it is only surface level and therefore wears away very quickly, leaving you feeling completely empty inside.
However, when you act unselfishly and in complete alignment with your true purpose in life, which is to add value unconditionally, you fill this void and as a result, produce lasting stress-free happiness. And in the long-run, because you know that you have unselfishly made a positive difference, you are rewarded with inner contentment.

"Mediocrity is induced by convenience, whereas excellence is supported by your self-worth."
It’s easy to do things at a mediocre level. And a lot of times, out of convenience, mediocre seems good enough. But what we don’t realize is that performing at a mediocre level and operating with this mindset subconsciously lowers our self-worth since we know deep down that we are capable of more.
To feel stress-free and fulfilled, it’s important to be true to yourself and to practice excellence. This automatically enhances your self-worth. Additionally, when you practice excellence and push yourself to the best of your abilities, you grow and learn, so you can produce even better in the future!
