Stress-Free Living Blog - 5/28/07

May 31, 2007
"The moment you feel that you understand everything, be assured that you really understand nothing."

When asked how close we are to understanding the total picture of our galaxy, a Nobel Prize winning space scientist explained that as we discover one new thing, a million more become clear for us to unveil.

This never-ending journey that he described illustrates the fact that our knowledge, experience, and intelligence simply exposes the true extent of our ignorance.

Understanding everything will only frustrate us because it is beyond the capabilities of our human systems.

To live stress-free, you must focus solely on what your system is designed for… that is to serve and add the highest value unconditionally. With a mindset of continuous learning, you will be blessed to understand everything you need to succeed in this mission.

"Great leadership lies in leading and managing oneself more then leading and managing others."

We typically see leadership as leading others. In reality, true and lasting leadership starts with leading yourself. Others notice your actions as examples right away, and when you do not practice what you preach, it quickly destroys their respect for you.

Furthermore, true leaders sustain their values and thus can make the right decisions even through difficulties. This requires a very high personal self-worth, which comes from your personal integrity.

To successfully lead others without stress, simply focus on leading yourself first with sound values that are backed by your integrity.
