Stress-Free Living Blog - 4/9/07

"Until quality becomes your conscience, it will slip through your fingers every time."

In order to not let quality slip through your fingers, you must make it a conscious journey. The moment you see it as a destination, it becomes a procedure with a beginning and an end. And because somebody will always be able to produce a better quality, there cannot be an end.

To produce quality and live stress-free, you must make it a conscious way of life, where your every thought, action, and endeavor endorses and creates a deep desire for it. Thereby, you continuously enhance quality and position yourself for it at every moment of your life.

"Goodness is simply absence of contaminants such as fear, greed, prejudice, ego, and self-centered agendas."

Everything that we can see, touch, and feel is created by the universal wisdom and therefore, in its pure form, is inherently good.

It is only when erroneous data and selfish agendas enter into the picture that people start to deviate from their normal goodness. All these contaminants, such as fear, greed, prejudice, ego, and self-centered personal agendas, produce stress and insecurity that undermine the natural goodness in everything.

To live stress-free, all you have to do is find the pure goodness in everyone and every situation, and then focus only upon adding value unconditionally.

"Adversity may unveil your creativity and talent, but it is power that exposes your true character."

History shows that necessity is the mother of invention. When faced with extreme adversity, you are able to tap into your hidden creativity and talents, which you most likely never even knew existed. And although revealing, this level of intensity still does not show your true character.

It is only when you are entrusted with power and a level of authority that your true character comes out. This is because with a position of power, people tend to feel invincible and as a result do things that may not be ethical or right.

Power and ego only cause stress. Whereas, remaining humble keeps your mind clear for a stress-free life.
