Stress-Free Living Blog - 4/2/07

"
The words you speak have little impact until your tone and body language support what you say."

Studies have proven that as much as 93% percent of communication is non-verbal; body language makes up 55% and tonality makes up 38%.

From a young age, we develop an instinctive understanding of what others are saying with little use of words. That’s why when trying to communicate, you can’t just say words, you have to feel them and live them. Otherwise, you are presenting something totally different than what you are saying… and others can tell!

In order to live stress-free, first be honest with yourself. Then, your tone and body language will match your words for real impact.

"Your core desire to succeed is many times more powerful and critical then your experience, knowledge, or intelligence."

Passion is the fuel of success. When you become truly passionate, you develop a deep core desire that almost transcends time, space, and reason. It gives you energy to stay up all hours of the night and a robust connection to the universal wisdom to develop the experience, knowledge, and intelligence you need to achieve your mission.

To live a successful life that is fulfilling and stress-free, you must discover what you are truly passionate about and let it fuel your success. Then, everything else will fall into place.

"Before you can succeed, you first have to conquer yourself."

When you look in the mirror, you automatically think that the reflection you see is you. And in a sense, it is… it’s your body that you see. But is your body really you?

Sure, you feed it and take care of it, and others recognize you by it, but spiritually speaking, your body is only a temporary vehicle that you use for your time here on earth.

When you superficially see your body as you, ego and personal agendas bring about stress. To achieve stress-free success, you must first conquer yourself as a solo entity and replace selfish and personal agendas with a pure mission of adding value.
