"Spirituality unites us all, whereas religions create divisions in us."
Spirituality is merely the absence of duality. The truth is that there is only one. And that divine one is part of you… and me… and everyone.
All religions have the intention to unite us and help us understand and believe in this fundamental truth of spirituality… that we are all one.
The problem is that religions have a tendency to segregate us into groups. And in our human error, we naturally think that one religion is better or different from the others. But really, the underlying message is the same. To practice stress-free spirituality in any religion, the secret is to practice being one and adding value unconditionally.
