"Your most precious treasure is your integrity. If you have it, nothing else matters; if you don’t, nothing else matters."
Your self-worth is a measure of your personal integrity, which is reflected when you do the right things even when no one is watching. And really, it is your self-worth that gives you the confidence to be your true self. Therefore, your personal integrity is your most vital and valuable asset. In its absence, everything else is simply worthless.
By making your decisions based on the universal wisdom that is found within you, rather than based on your pleasure-seeking five senses, you position yourself for stress-free success.

"Our perception of life itself is incorrect. Even our understanding of who we are is erroneous. Hence, all of our realities and truths are erroneous."
Your understandings and perceptions are based around the information gathered by your limited five senses so that your realities are what you see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. But since different people can view the same experiences differently, these realities are never absolute.
If you make decisions based on these relative truths, is there any wonder that you make decisions that cause stress?
To live stress-free, simply find the reality in life through the window of selfless loving, serving and giving.
