"Hatred catalyzes war; whereas, love incites peace."

Your mind is incredibly powerful and with its connection to the Divine intelligence, has an uncanny ability to bring into your life whatever you truly desire and visualize most. So in essence, you design your destiny.

When you are on a mindset of hatred, this negative emotion catalyzes into fighting and war. Similarly, when you solely feel and present love, this positive emotion incites peace.

Mother Theresa in her great wisdom refused time and again to attend stress-filled anti-war rallies. Instead, she supported stress-free peace rallies, where she could nurture love and bring about peace.

"Mediocrity is the first sign of lack of ethics and personal integrity; since you are capable of doing better, anything less than your best is simply unethical."

You are capable of incredible things. The moment you develop a mindset where mediocrity is okay, you make that your best and limit yourself. This dishonesty causes stress because you know deep inside that you are capable of more.

When you do not perform at your best, you are not only being untruthful with yourself, but are also not being truthful with others. This is unethical. To live stress-free, it is important that you operate ethically… at the best of your capabilities.
