"Over-indulgences are either an indication of the lack of an engaging mission or the absence of a clear purpose in life."
We all have a purpose in life. Until we focus all of our faculties, creative energies, and emotions on a productive and engaging mission, we are simply going to be bored and discontent.
When we overindulge and get lost in everyday pleasures, we are trying to appease this natural desire, but these things only make it worse.
If you find yourself over-indulging, bored, or feeling discontent, this is your internal alarm telling you that to live stress-free, you need to give of yourself and selflessly engage in a purposeful mission in life.

"Ignorance and immaturity breed arrogance; whereas, humility comes from knowledge and maturity."
Arrogance is nothing but a sign of insecurity that comes from our ignorance and immaturity. When we practice ignorance and do not care enough to know or are not mature enough to realize that no one can know everything, we become stressed and have a tendency to fall back on a false sense of security called arrogance.
To live stress-free, we need to be humble and open to the endless knowledge and resources all around us. It is when we are mature enough to realize that this knowledge is not ours that we become empowered with it.

"Universal wisdom, its endless creativity, and its abundant resources are only available to you when you live and operate in the present."
Most of the time, we become so lost in our past miseries, what we are anticipating, and what we want for the future, that we fail to see the present and what is right in front of us. And worrying about what happened or what could happen, only creates stress.
To have any control of creating the future you desire... a future without any miseries, past regrets, or stress, the secret is to operate in the now, where your endless creativity, an abundance of resources, and the universal wisdom are available to you.
