"You will be prejudiced until you can bring spirituality inside you."
Spirituality is absence of duality. In simple words, it is your capability to see yourself as an integral part of others and a bigger ONE.
Prejudices, judgments, and insecurities come from an erroneous assumption that you are a separate entity. And it is as a separate entity that you must compete and fight for your existence and betterment in this world… leaving you stressed.
Spirituality removes fragmentation within yourself by endorsing total integration through the ONENESS paradigm. It brings harmony and cooperation, is void of prejudice, and gives you stress-free living.

"Whenever you confront goodness in any form, you actually witness a glimpse of Divinity. Divinity can never be owned or demanded; it can only be recognized, admired, saluted, and served."
The divine is omnipresent. It is all around you and within you. To witness Divinity, all you need to do is change your perspective to see the goodness in everything and every situation, without any judgments or prejudices.
However, the moment you try to own or claim goodness, the divinity disappears. To live with stress-free joy, simply recognize that goodness is divinity, and it is abundant and is to be admired, saluted, and served.

"It is not possible to know, understand, and respect others until you first know who you are."
Our general understanding of ourselves is that we are each separate entities. You describe yourself as tall or short, black or white, or male or female. All these titles only bring your individuality higher and cause stress.
The truth is that you are an integral part of this bigger universe. By first realizing and comprehending that you are part of me and others, you gain the patience to understand and respect yourself and others so that you can live stress-free. Any other thinking only segregates you and nurtures your ego, resulting in stress.
