"Religions are merely schools of spirituality, with the sole purpose of making us spiritual, not religious."

All religions, in their purest form, have the same goal to guide us towards pure spirituality. Therefore, religions are fundamentally schools of spirituality.

When your focus remains on spirituality, your religion becomes an asset that relieves pain and agony and leaves you stress-free. However, when your focus remains on the religious rituals, the same religion becomes your biggest hurdle, causing tremendous stress and leading you astray.

To live stress-free with religion, the secret is to practice pure spirituality, rather than the politics or specific rituals.

"Unconditional loving, serving, and giving cannot happen until you get out of its way."

We were created with a mission and purpose to add value to this universe, our bigger one. The universal wisdom is present in all of us and in everything around us; in its inherent nature, it propels and endorses unconditional loving, serving, and giving.

What happens is that our human minds become tainted with insecurities, fears, greed, prejudices, and ego, which contaminates our decisions and causes tremendous internal conflict and stress.

To live stress-free, the secret is to simply get past yourself to follow the inherent wisdom within you.

"The world will judge you from your past performance, but you should only judge yourself based on the plan and vision to serve others unconditionally."

Accepting the labels placed on you, based on your achievements or lack thereof, enslaves you to the pressures and manipulations of this world, resulting into tremendous stress and frustration.

Your true value is what you are capable of contributing. If you utilize your experience and knowledge from both your successes and failures, and you focus on serving others unconditionally, one person and one project at a time, you will live a life that is fulfilling and stress-free.
