"The moment you let go of your ownerships, abundance happens."

The very thought of owning anything brings fear, stress, and greed as we either want more or become afraid of losing what we have.

To have real abundance, we must first understand the basic truth that we are each merely guests here on earth and cannot really own anything. All material and intellectual wealth is only temporarily allocated as resources to add value.

If you try to own resources, they become limited, but when you utilize your resources to add value effectively, without any ownerships or personal agendas, your allocations get enhanced for abundance that is stress-free.

"It is only through managing yourself first that you stand any chance of managing others."

The fundamental rule of management is that you must practice what you preach. Your actions truly do speak louder than words.

Additionally, it has been proven that the language you use only impacts 7% towards your overall communication. 39% is contributed by your tone and 54% by your body language.

Therefore, even the most crafty language cannot camouflage your true feelings, your self-centered agendas, and your real trustworthiness. To manage others and still be stress-free, the first step is to manage yourself and lead by example.

"You become a slave to the words you have spoken; you are the master of the ones you have not."

It’s important to think before speaking because your words bind you into a verbal contract. Thus, you should only say what you will do happily and what adds the highest value. Otherwise, your words will enslave you.

When you go against the words you speak, you lose your credibility. And worse yet, when you do not follow though, your own self worth and inner confidence is lowered.

For stress-free communication, simply integrate your core values in every thought that you express and every word you speak.
