"Your creative energies are directly proportional to your gratitude towards the gift of life."
All our creativity is gifted to us by the Universal Wisdom that is around us and right within us. Our gratitude towards this gift establishes a clear link with this wisdom and allows us to tap into the unlimited creativity available. But, this link becomes severed and we lose our creativity the moment we are not grateful for it.
This is why you hear about famous writers or artists becoming suddenly void of their creativity, unable to produce anything worthwhile; when you lose your gratefulness, you lose your gifted creativity.
Unlimited creativity is only available to you when you are utterly grateful for the gift of life. And by being utterly grateful, you live a highly productive and stress-free life.

"While taking credit for work done may give you a seat on the team, giving credit to others makes you a leader."
Seeking credit for a job well done unknowingly exposes our insecurities and the lack of inner confidence that is essential for true leadership. True leadership is about bringing out the best in others. Even though getting credit may appear to secure a job, it doesn’t add to others and will always puts you under tremendous stress.
On the other hand, when you give the limelight and credit to others, regardless of hard work and personal sacrifices, you show your true quality of leadership that brings out the best in others and also makes you stress-free.

"Life is less about winning and more about not accepting failures."
Life is simply a journey in which we need to continuously make decisions and choices with a primary focus on adding value.
When your focus is self-centered, your incentive to stay in the game gets to be frustrating and stress-filled, and as a result, you give in to the finality of failures rather easily.
However, when your mission has a clear focus to add value to your society, you gain a higher incentive to carry on your mission, regardless of the setbacks or hurdles. Thus, not only do you conquer your failures, but you also overcome stress.
