Stress-Free Living Blog - 10/9/06

"You cannot be truthful until you discover the truth about your own inner self."

All our truths are relative and conditional. They are tied down to our agendas, our experiences, and our incomplete knowledge and data.

We base our truths on data that we gather through our defective filters such as ego, greed, fear, insecurities, etc. That is why when two people hear or read the same information, their conclusions can be so different.

Therefore, until you discover your uncontaminated self that is free of fear, greed, ego, insecurities, etc., you cannot be truthful. By recognizing the truth about yourself and living in line with it, your pain and suffering will disappear, and you will lead a life that is completely stress-free.

"A sure way to retain and extend the glory you have earned is to use your glory as a platform to launch a loftier mission to make a difference for others."

All your successes come with an attached responsibility to use your glories, fame, and wealth to make a difference in the society, of which you are an integral part.

Your success can easily become a liability or a burden and produces stress if you use them only for self-gratification and not to benefit others. Yet, when you use your success as a platform to launch a loftier mission to add value and make a difference for others, your successes continue to multiply and bless you with ongoing renewed resources to deliver value and that leads to the least amount of negative stress.

"Your real confidence comes from your own self-respect and internal dignity."

Your real confidence is a reflection of your own self-integration, and you simply cannot fool it, bribe it, or even force it.

Moreover, your real confidence does not require any worldly crutches such as titles, trophies or medals, wealth, or worldly possessions, which only produce a temporary pseudo-confidence.

To gain real confidence through gaining your true self-respect and dignity, you must take on a mission of adding value in every thought you conceive, in every act you perform, and in every encounter you face.
