Stress-Free Living Blog 9/11/06

"To get the most out of life, we have to take life as it comes and be filled with gratitude for every experience."

We all have expectations, dreams, and desires that we want to be fulfilled. But if you look carefully, you will find that these things are not you, but were just planted in you through what you saw, heard, and read.

This causes stress because you are not a copycat, but an original masterpiece created by nature for a specific purpose. And when you are not grateful and accepting of every situation, you cannot see the good in it.

By taking life as it comes and being grateful for everything, you can maximize every experience for stress-free true success.

"Mediocrity is the outcome of stopping at your best; excellence is making your best even better."

Even with the intentions of producing the best possible quality, we eventually end up with mediocrity. This is because we typically see quality as a destination, rather than as a journey.

Your human system is designed in such away that every time you achieve your highest quality, your capability increases, and therefore the standards for quality also increase, making your earlier best just mediocre.

True quality and excellence comes from an understanding and mindset of continuous improvement. To achieve stress-free excellence, you must consistently endorse the journey to quality.
