"Happiness is never brought in from outside sources; it can only be generated from right within yourself through your outlook, thoughts, and actions."
We typically feel that happiness is dependent on outside sources such as your status, possessions, family, or friends, or even the society that you live in. But in reality, all of these things only provide pseudo-happiness, which is often associated with stress.
Your stress-free true happiness is independent of these outside influences and only results from your positive and value-adding outlook, thoughts, and actions. When you add value to others without conditions, you experience this real happiness and live life stress-free.

"Gloating on your achievements diminishes and belittles you; whereas, when you are humble and grateful for them, they inspire and empower you."
All of the resources and creativity that help you to achieve distinctions and successes in this world are actually gifted to you by the universal wisdom. When you gloat about your achievements or utilize them selfishly, you become disconnected from this universal wisdom, and thus taint your existing gifts, while jeopardizing the creative energies flowing through you.
To achieve stress-free and increasing achievements, simply utilize what you have been given to make a difference, while remaining humble and grateful.

"The secret to happiness lies in giving more then you are expected to give and taking less then you are allowed to take."
We have a tendency to think that happiness is based on our ability to get what we desire and to have more of it than others. This is because when we get what we want or are seen as the best, we momentarily feel a sense of pride and happiness. But this pseudo-happiness does not last and leaves us chasing and wanting more.
Your soul craves true happiness, which can only come from making a difference to others while being disciplined in your personal needs.
Giving more and receiving less is inline with your true purpose in life, and thus provides fulfilling, long-lasting, and stress-free happiness.
