"The best thing you can do for yourself is to undertake a mission of unconditionally loving, serving, and giving."
All the cells in your body, in their inherent wisdom, are designed to serve you selflessly and unconditionally. Just like those cells in your body, you are also in integral part of a bigger body, and therefore by design, you are also placed here to serve this bigger body… our society. Any deviation from this basic design of unconditionally loving, serving, and giving is what produces stress.
To live stress-free, simply undertake a mission to continuously add value selflessly and unconditionally… one person and one project at a time.

"Until you find the real Truth, your perception of what is good or bad will be erroneous."
If you were building a 50-story building using a computer program that inserted a number two everywhere it was supposed to insert a number one, of course, by using this program, every calculation for the whole building would be incorrect. And your building would never meet your safety or design requirements?
A similar thing happens to you when you build your life based on the assumption that you are a separate entity, and this causes stress. The truth is that we are all an inseparable part of this one body… our universe. By bringing this concept into every thought and action, you build a life that is stress-free.

"We are never good or bad. It’s our habits and our data that make us good or bad."
When you were born, you were like a blank piece of paper. There were no preconceived notions, opinions, prejudices, or even understandings of who you are or your purpose.
Your parents, environment, education, and other influences have molded you into what you have become. This molding process has given you certain habits that may not be based on good or complete data. Unknowingly, you have become a slave to these habits, on which you are now judged. But these habits are not you.
To live stress-free, simply take an objective inventory of your habits and replace all non-value adding habits with ones that add value to society.
