The moment you think you have earned them or that they are yours, you unknowingly disconnect yourself from the universal wisdom, its resources, and become stressed and imprisoned.
The way to stay connected to this endless resource and its wisdom is to be unconditionally grateful. In being grateful, you empower yourself with tremendous self-healing powers that set you free and enable you to operate stress-free.

When you are in love with someone, you only see good qualities in that person. But after a breakup, you suddenly see so many bad qualities because of your ego and insecurity. What happened? That person has not changed; your agenda has.
Until you attain independence from your ego, fear, greed, insecurities, and agendas, you simply cannot see the uncontaminated reality. In order to live a productive, joy-filled, and stress-free life, you must become free from falsehoods and see things as they really are.

It is critical to realize that we are what our habits are. A habit of procrastinating makes you unreliable. A habit of lying makes you untrustworthy. So, your habits enslave you and leave you stressed.
You are probably totally aware of your limiting bad habits, but do you realize that you can change them by just making a simple choice?
You have the total freedom to replace every one of your bad habits with good habits… and in doing this, you liberate yourself and give yourself a stress-free life.
