By taking Ratanjit's Stress Test, you assume full responsibility, and Discoverhelp, Inc. and Ratanjit S. Sondhe shall not be liable for, (i) your use and application of Ratanjit's Stress Test and the personalized results thereof, (ii) the adequacy, accuracy, interpretation or usefulness of Ratanjit's Stress Test, and (iii) the results or information developed from your use or application of Ratanjit's Stress Test.
